Custom Training Programs
Orketa comes preloaded with the Exterior, Interior, and Full Service training programs necessary to meet the British Columbia Fire Service Minimum Training Standards. Different Training Types
Training can come in many forms; classroom lectures, live team scenarios, and individual testing. Orketa makes it easy to specify what types of training were conducted for each skill during a training event. You can also decide if you want to conduct individual assessments on some or all of the skills being trained. This gives you the flexibility to create very simple to extremely complex training events with ease.
Training Attendance
Keeping track of which team members attended a training event is simple. With a click you can move your members from Not Attending to Attending. You can also track key activities for individual fire fighters. Allowing you to record who used an SCBA, and if anyone experienced an injury or exposure during the training event. All of this information feeds back into each individual fire fighters personal files.
Training with Apparatus’
Gaining hands on experience working with each apparatus and their different positions is another important function of training. Orketa makes it really simple to identify what apparatus was used during training and who held specific position. This contributes to the detailed history of each fire fighter’s work experience.
Individual Assessments
It is critical to ensure your entire team is sufficiently educated and experienced to safely respond to any incident. Orketa makes it easy to include assessment questions when the training event calls for them.
